Prosthodontist, Dr. Todd Barsky Opens a New Private Practice in South Miami, specializing in complete smile makeovers.

Dr. Todd Barsky, DDS, FACP, is opening a new private practice in the South Miami/Coral Gables area at 7600 S. Red Road, Suite 116, Miami, FL. At his new location Dr. Barsky continues to specialize in cosmetic, reconstructive, restorative, and implant dentistry.

Dr. Barsky is the only board-certified prosthodontist in private practice in the Miami area and is excited to bring his skills and training to help serve the residents of South Miami, Coral Gables, Pinecrest and greater Miami. The practice, Barsky DDS, uses the latest in dental technologies and techniques to deliver the natural looking results.

As a board-certified prosthodontist, Dr. Barsky is specially trained in the complex procedures and tools needed to repair broken or damaged smiles. It takes an additional five years of training in addition to the standard dentistry requirements to become a board-certified prosthodontist.

Dr. Barsky completed a prosthodontic residency with the U.S. Army Medical Department in Fort Gordon, GA, and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.

Due to his extensive dental training, Dr. Barsky performs the most complex procedures and toughest cases. This includes dental implants, dental crowns, smile restoration, cosmetic dentistry, dentures, restorative dentistry, bone grafts, and more. He uses the most advanced fabrication, fitting, manufacturing, and dental laboratory procedures.

As a result, Dr. Barsky is uniquely qualified to help patients with a wide range of oral health issues, from missing or misaligned teeth to gum disease or oral trauma and smile reconstruction.

In addition to his certification by the American Board of Prosthodontists, Dr. Barsky also holds memberships with the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the South Florida District Dental Association, and the Academy of Osseointegration. He acts in a diplomatic capacity with the American College of Prosthodontists, and produces educational material to help patients understand their oral health options and get the optimal results from oral health procedures.
